Since it was founded, ISOC-IL holds a major, distinctive convention every year on a regular basis, with a program that encompasses the various fields that are influenced by the internet or that impact upon the internet both in Israel and worldwide. Special emphasis is placed on the lectures not being commercial in nature, and on their providing a platform for senior lecturers from Israel and abroad to present the topics that have a central place on the agenda in this field of research. Members of the Association receive a significant discount in the registration fees for the conference.
A professional Tutorial is held in conjunction with the conference (one day later), conducted by an expert from abroad on a topic that appears on the professional agenda. The Tutorial is provided at a token price and is intended for professionals, developers and students.
