Sharon Peleg

- Role: Co-Founder & CEO, PurePeak Ltd.
- Session: IPv6: Are you ready for 2010?
- Lecture subject: Incentives and Business Models for Deploying IPv6 in Service Providers and Carriers
- About the Lecture / Lecturer: Until today it seemed that although there was a lot of buzz around IPv6 – still just a few organizations and service providers took the trouble to prepare their network for IPv6, and even less made it IPv6 enabled from head-to-toe.
This session will deal with the incentives for services providers and carriers to introduce IPv6 to their network at this stage, instead of waiting for the depletion of IPv4 before introducing IPv6. It will also discuss several business models that can contribute to the spread of IPv6 in service providers now instead of later. Includes Q&A.
