    כנס: אקטיביזם וזכויות דיגיטליות: הגדרת הגבולות וקריאת תגר

    מרכז המחקר להגנת הסייבר באוניברסיטה העברית, איגוד האינטרנט הישראלי (ע"ר) והמרכז ללימודי יהדות וחקר ישראל באוניברסיטת נורת'ווסטרן שמחים להזמינכם/ן לכנס ראשון מסוגו בישראל, שמטרתו לבחון את המאבק לאבטחת זכויות בעידן הדיגיטלי בפרספקטיבה בינלאומית וישראלית, ומגמות עולמיות ומקומיות של אקטיביזם מקוון.

    הכנס מתקיים במתכונת של שולחן עגול, עם השתתפות פעילה של המוזמנים/ות.

    בין הנושאים שיעלו לדיון:

    • מהן זכויות דיגיטליות? מהם האתגרים בהגנה על זכויות אלו?
    • כיצד ניתן ליצור איזון בין שיקולי אבטחה ובטחון לשמירה על זכויות אדם?
    • כיצד אקטיביסטים וארגוני חברה אזרחית יכולים לתרום לשינוי המצב?

    הכנס יחולק ל-3 מושבים מרכזיים, שבכל אחד מהם תעמוד לבחינה זכות דיגיטלית מרכזית לדיון: הזכות למידע אמין, הזכות לפרטיות והזכות להישכח. חברי המושב יציגו את האתגרים המרכזיים ויפתחו את המושב לדיון עם משתתפי/ות הכנס.*

    מאחר שבכנס ישתתפו סטודנטים/ות ופעילים/ות מחו"ל, הדיונים יתקיימו בשפה האנגלית.
